Even the weather crying that the carnival has already finite. Fortunately, it's a warm tears ;-)

Very moody and interesting rainy photo. Even I feel a fresh rainy air, also a little warm rain drops.........This is magic.....
Clever and surprising angle of view and the level of height.
A carnival is still on the sidewalk. Colorful leaves on wet pavement look great. Beautiful photo.

Is this monument of a cow symbolizes something, or has any message for people ?
Or is just a whim? Or is it a symbol of Sao Paulo, as for example, Rome's Capitoline Wolf ?
Something is written, but I don't see.
